Description:
Detailed JD: The Senior UC Engineer will be responsible for the set up, deployment, implementation, analysis, configuration and support of UCCX call centers using Cisco Call Manager, Unity, and CUCM. This includes end points, paging, and gateways. The candidate must be willing to travel as needed (30%) and will be working PDT/MDT time zones. Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills. Healthcare/Hospital experience is a plus.
