THIS IS AN ARIZONA NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITIONThis position is in the Excepted Service "under the authority of Title V, P.L. 114-328, Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA).
This position is part of the AZ MED DET , Arizona National Guard under Position Description Number PDT5637P01 .
Requirements:
INDIVIDUAL OCCUPATIONAL REQUIREMENTSApplicants must meet one of the following requirements:
Successful completion of a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree from a professional nursing educational program or related medical science field; or At least one full year of professional nursing experience (equivalent to the GS-9 grade level which requires at least 3 years of professional nursing experience) and possession of a diploma, associate degree, bachelor's degree, or master's degree from a professional nursing educational program. Note: Professional nursing experience must have equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
