SRC is one of several national projects that are part of the Defender Services program. SRC are federal defender employees of the Office of the Federal Defender for the District of Arizona (FDO AZ).Requirements:
You must (1) be a graduate of an accredited law school and have admission and good standing in a state bar; (2) have extensive experience in federal sentencing as well as thorough familiarity with federal sentencing policy; (3) have the ability to draft policy-related comments; (4) have excellent research and writing skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently from a remote work site. You must be able to travel, as it is a necessary part of the job. Experience providing legal training, particularly on federal sentencing, is preferred.
