You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY) of NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT ARIZONA.The President has ordered a government-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the hiring freeze. Although we are moving forward with the consideration of candidates, we will not make a selection for this vacancy announcement unless and until the position is no longer subject to the hiring freeze.
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Utilizing military personnel policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain military personnel service records; 2) Researching information in military records and databases to respond to inquiries regarding military human resources issues; 3) Preparing and completing service and health forms for quality assurance; and 4) Reviewing and obtaining forms, documents, data and other related information.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
