Position: Test Program Manager Location: Phoenix, Arizona day 1 on site Test Manager s Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end test program management across multiple functional and non-functional test teams (System, Integration, Regression, UAT, Performance, etc.)Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with the overall program roadmap.Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure test deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
